Neutrik Lead Time Alert
Since the end of last year, we’ve experienced supply challenges with the Neutrik range of MTP cables. These issues primarily affect both new assemblies and servicing/repairs of the opticalCON Advanced Series, but have also impacted the opticalCON LITE range.
Whilst we strive to provide accurate delivery dates, the variability in lead times we’ve received from Neutrik has been significant, ranging from 3 months to 6 months. We understand this is frustrating for our clients and makes planning for your projects and events difficult, especially those with time sensitive requirements.
To address your immediate needs and overcome these challenges, we’ve implemented an interim solution. Though not equivalent to the well-engineered Neutrik products, our solution enables swift delivery on a quick turnaround time of 1-2 weeks, whilst providing the same fibre connectivity, to facilitate the smooth running of your projects.
