We’re searching for a passionate, dynamic Marketing Executive to join our Hungerford based team on a part-time basis. Working to support the Marketing Manager in a varied and challenging role you will help plan and execute engaging marketing strategies that boost brand presence and drive business growth.
We are a small team with big ambitions and you will be instrumental in bringing our creative visions and ideas to fruition, supporting our company’s strategic goals during an exciting period of 30th anniversary celebrations, new product launches and expansion into new industries.
You will have excellent communication skills and be pro-active, using your initiative to spot opportunities to optimise content and improve customer engagement. This is a fast-paced role that will require an idea-driven approach and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally you will have experience within a similar industry, but your willingness to learn, a competent attitude and previous experience are more important.
With a global client base, we provide fibre and copper cabling solutions to customers operating in a variety of industries, from media and broadcast to defence and maritime. The role is extremely varied and will include digital marketing, social media, case study and blog creation, graphic design, event co-ordination and more!
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist in the development and execution of our Digital Marketing Strategy
- SEO research, implementation and analysis to optimise website and improve rankings
- Help generate internal newsletters and external email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage current customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop, manage and implement social media content calendar
- Assist in copywriting for blogs, case studies and various marketing collateral
- Event co-ordination – help plan, co-ordinate and attend marketing events, trade-shows, webinars and other promotional activities including post-show follow up communications
- Office administration tasks to support marketing activities

The ideal candidate will:
- Have 4+ years’ experience in a creative or digital marketing role
- Have a passion for marketing with demonstratable experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Be creative, friendly and willing to work in a small team
- Be highly motivated and proactive with strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms and CRM.
- Experience with social media platforms and best practices
