COVID-19: A Service Status Update

The Government have laid out their roadmap, and so far at least, it seems that things are staying on track as we all continue on the journey back to normal. It has been a tough year, adapting to the ups and downs of the various lockdowns and industry shut downs, but it feels like there is some light at the end of the tunnel as many parts of society begin to open their doors and welcome back their customers.

Most of our staff are now back in the office, working safely alongside each other with social distancing and other health and safety measures in place to keep them as safe and healthy as possible. With this in mind, we have been lucky to be able to continue to serve our customers and ensure that we are here to provide the top quality level of customer service you have come to expect from us.

Whilst we still may not be able to see you in person, there are plenty of ways to get in touch for advice or to talk about your project and product needs.

Call Us
PHONES – GOOD

Most of our staff are now safely back working within the office, so there should always be someone to take your call. However, please be patient and if you have any difficulty getting through, consider emailing or trying our online chat facility as an alternative.

EMAIL – GOOD

All staff working in the office or from home have access to emails and will respond to your queries within 2 working hours. Please contact us as normal and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Live Chat
ONLINE CHAT – GOOD

Our team are able to speak with you directly via our online chat facility, whether they are working from home or in the office. This is a great alternative to the telephone, allowing you to speak directly to a member of our team and get quick, live updates to your enquiries.

Meeting
MEETINGS – REDUCED

Following Government guidelines and to reduce risk to both our staff and customers, meetings are taking place via video conference of telephone. Face to face meetings will resume pending government guidance.

Free Delivery
DELIVERY – GOOD

Our standard next day delivery services are currently operating as normal for items that are in stock. Free delivery on orders over £100.

PRODUCT STOCK LEVELS – GOOD

We have thousands of products available online, which are in stock and ready to ship. 95% of our pre-made cables are ready to deliver next day through the UK, allowing us to respond quickly to your orders and any last minute requests.

PRODUCTION – GOOD

Production capacity is good and continuing as normal. However, please try to plan with as much notice as possible.

We are taking orders for bespoke, custom made items. Please speak to us about your requirements for more details.

FIBRE SERVICE & REPAIRS  – GOOD

We continue to offer in-house servicing and repairs to our customers. Please book as early as possible to ensure the turnaround time is suitable for your requirements.
