If the goods have already been dispatched:
No goods will be accepted without written authorisation and a returns number from Universal Networks. To proceed with a return, please phone our office on 01488 685800 and ask to speak to your Sales Account Manager.
If you do not have a Sales Account Manager, or if you are unsure of who that is, please phone into the office and someone will assist you.
If the goods have been dispatched to the customer, any order cancelled within 14 days may be returned as long as:
a) The period is less than 14 days since dispatch
b) The goods have not been used and all original packaging and contents are present
c) The goods and packaging have not been damaged or marked
d) The goods are returned within 7 days of approval by Universal Networks</blockquote>
Universal Networks shall be entitled to a re-stocking fee £10.00 or 25% of the value (whichever is greater.). Delivery charges will not be refunded. Credit card charges for both the sale and the credit, where applicable, will be deducted from the credit amount.
Exceptions:
Made to order cables/custom cables. Whether the goods have or have not yet been dispatched, cancellation of order or return of cables and associated refund will be discretionary.
